John Barstow was born December 14th, 2199 to Frank Barstow and Annabelle Jackson on the human home world of Earth.
History
President
At age 55, John became the newly elected Clan President of the Eclipse Empire and brought an end of the Human-Alien Conflict and bringing peace by reorganizing the Eclipse Empire into the Eclipse Federation of an Imperial Alliance in 2254. Declaring himself as President.
Post-2254
Despite being the President of the Federation, John had given orders to every branch within the Federation to gave up most, or some, of their power to the Presidency Council, reducing each branch's ability to conduct operations, give out orders or deploy troops, depending on which, and most within the Federation weren't happy with it as they saw that Barstow was weakening the Eclipse Federation by giving those orders, still every branch leader complied with his request. With the Presidency Council only being able to conduct and give out orders, the military operations of the Federation were limited and weren't the same as it was with the Eclipse Empire, or with Clan President Angel and his successors after him.
